After a day of silence, I came up with a topic which will tell you about the amazing as well as dangerous things that the thieves of the cyber space, in other words hackers, can do to us. So, just like every other day, lemme give you guys a brief intro to the topic.
(Translation :- ඉතින් කොහොමද යාලුවනේ දිනක නිහැඩියාවකින් පස්සේ මන් ඔයාලට අද කියන්න යන්නේ මේ මිහිපිටදි අපි එක මොහොතකටවත් සිදු වේවි කියල නොසිතන සයිබර් අවකාශයේ අන්තර්ජාල සොරු ,එහෙමත් නැත්නම් ඔයාලා අපි කවුරුත් දන්න Hacker වරුන්ට කරන්න පුලුවන් තවත් විශේෂ වගේම භයානක දේවල් කිහිපක් ගැන,ඉතින් මන් හැමදාම වගේ ලිපිය ආරම්භ කරන්න කලින් ඔයාලට පොඩි විස්තරයක් කියන්න ඕනි කියල හිතුනා.)

By now, many of us watch Hollywood movies, TV Series and Cartoon. When you watch these, haven’t you noticed about the hidden meanings which they try to show us via these methods? As it seen, they seem to be surreal activities but today, although some of these are still in the process of developing, others have already evolved. Just like this, many things which may not take too seriously are taking place in this cyber space and as a result, many New Security Systems are introduced. Out of the facts which I am going to tell you now, some of you may not have even imagined that they are taking place now-a-days, however that is the truth. So, let’s find out together what they are.
(Translation :- ඇත්තටම අපි ගොඩක් දෙනා මේ වෙනකොට Hollywood Movies,Tv Series වගේම Cartoons නරඹනවනේ ,ඒත් ඔයාලට නිකමටවත් හිතුනද මොවුන් ඒ දේවල් තුලින් අපිට කියන්න උත්සාහ කරන යථාර්තය   මොකක්ද කියලා ,බැලූ බැල්මට අපි හැමෝම හිතන්නෙ ඒ දේවල් හුදු මනක්කල්පිත ක්‍රියාකාරකම් කියලයි.ඒත් අද වෙනකොට ඒ දේවල් බොහෝමයක් යථාර්ථයක් බවට පත්වෙමින් තියෙනවා වගේම ඉන් කිහිපයක් යථාර්තයක් වී අවසන් ,ඉතින් අන්න ඒ වගේ අපි නොසිතන ක්‍රියාකරකම් බොහෝමයක් මේ සයිබර් අවකාශය තුල සිදුවෙනවා වගේම එමගින් අලුත් ආරක්ෂණ පද්ධතීන් (New Security Systems) බොහොමයක් ලෝකයට දායාද වෙනවා.මන් මේ අද කියන දේවල් කීපයත් අපි ජීවිතේටවත් නොසිතන ඒත් ඇත්තටම මේ ලෝකයේ සිදුවෙන්න පුලුවන් දේවල් වගේම සිදුවුන දේවල් kකිව්වොත්මන් නිවැරැදි ,එහෙනම් ඉතිම් වැඩි විස්තර අපි මේ ලිපිය ලියන අත රතුර කතා කරමු.)

1. Distorting our genetics – Think, by hackingthey can steal all our personal information, crash our computers, only that? Actually, there’s no simple answer to any of these questions. If I explain it furthermore, suppose that with today’s technology, if via various treatments a chip or any other technological equipment is installed in our body, hackersin access it and inject malware into the system through the chip. By this they can either switch off the component or do many differences to its activity.
(Translation :-  1. ජාන විකෘති කිරීම (Explode our Genitals) - හිතන්නකො යාලුවනේ ,ඇත්තටම Hacking වලින් කරන්න පුලුවන් අපේ පුද්ගලික තොරතුරු සොරකම් කිරීම (stealing our personal informations),පරිගණක අකර්මණ්‍ය කිරීම (crasing our computer) පමණමද ,සරලම උත්තරයනම් නැහැ,එය තවත් විස්තර කළොත් ,හිතන්නකො අද ලෝකයේ තාක්ෂණික දියුණුවත් සමග අපේ ශරීර වලට විවිධාකාරයේ  සැත්කම් වලින් අනතුරුව චිප් එකක් හෝ එවැනිම වෙනත් තාක්ෂණික උපකරණයක් සවි කලා කියලා ,ඉතින් අන්න ඒ උපකරණය හරහා ඔවුන්ට පුලුවන් Malware එකක් හෝ ඒහා සමාන දෙයක් එහි system එකට ඇතුල් කිරීමෙන් අපිට මේ බලපෑමක් ඇති කරන්න (inject malware into the system through the chip).ඇත්තටම මේ මගින් එම උපකරණය ක්‍රියා විරහිත කරන්න වගේම එහි වෙනස්කම් බොහෝමයක් ඇති කරන්නත් පුලුවනි.)

2. Cut our car breaks – This is another dangerous thing that is taking place. In this developing world, we all know that in the past two centuries’ evolutions, there are many digital activities inside a vehicle so if this system could be hacked not only our breaks but also the whole vehicle’s activity can be controlled by the hacker. Moreover, many scientists say that in the future many vehicles can be stolen due to this method.
(Translation :-  2.මෝටර් රථ තිරිංග ක්‍රියා විරහිත කිරීම (cut ours car brakes) - මෙයත් තවත් භයානකම දේවල් වලින් එකක් ,දියුණු වෙන ලොකයේ අපි හැමෝම දන්නවනෙ යාලුවනේ පසු ගිය දශක දෙක පුරාවටම අපි අතරට එන මෝටර් රථ තුල ඇති ඩ්ජිටල් ක්‍රියාකාරීත්වය ගැන,ඉතින් මේ හරහා එම පද්ධතියක් තුලට යම් අයෙක් පිවිසුනහොත් ඔහුට තිරිංග පමණක් නෙමෙයි මුලු වාහනයේම ක්‍රියාකාරීත්වය ඔහු යටතට ගන්න පුලුවන් කිව්වොත් මන් නිවැරැදි.ඒ වගේම බොහෝමයක් විශේෂඥයන් පවසන අන්දමට අනාගත්යේදී මේ හරහා බොහෝ වාහන සොරා ගැනීම් සිදුවෙන්න පුලුවනි.)

3. Control a nuclear power plant – Scott Lunsford, a researcher of the IBM Security System, is an ethical hackerwho successfully completed a challenge, which was launched by the proprietor of the American Power Plant, by taking complete control of this. Thus he proved that via the internet that the control of a nuclear power plant can be gained.
(Translation :-  3.නයෂ්ටික බලාගාර පාලනය (control a Nuclear power plant) - IBM security system පර්යේෂකයකු වන Scott Lunsford (He is a Ethical Hacker) හට වරක් සිදුකළ නොහැකී බවට ඇමෙරිකානු නයෂ්ටික බලාගාර අයිති කරුවෙකු කල   අභියෝගයක් සාර්ථකව අවසන් කොට එහි පාලනය සියතට පත් කරගනිමින් අන්තර්ජාලය හරහා එය සිදු කළ හැකි බව මනාව පෙන්නුම් කරනු ලැබුවා,ඉතින් එයත් අද වනවිට යථාර්තයක් බවට පත්වී අවසන්,)

4. Gaining money from teller machines– This is something which we have already heard but as some do not know it I thought of telling all of you what it is. This was shown by Barnaby Jack, a researcher of the security of Black Hat OS, who is an ethicalhacker. He used only his laptop and a programme named Jackpot. Via this, without any identity, he was able to withdraw cash from ATMs and also showed how to produce the bills as well. By today, this also has become a success.
(Translation :-  4.ටෙලර් යන්ත්‍ර මගින් මුදල් ලබා ගැනීම (Shower in Free Money) - මෙයනම් අපිට පසුගිය දශකයේ දී අසන්න ලැබුන දෙයක්,ඒත් බොහෝ දෙනෙක් නොදන්නා නිසා මන් මේක ගැන ඔයාලට කියන්න හිතුවා,ඇත්තටම මේක මුලින්ම පෙන්වා දුන්නෙ අපි කවුරුත් දන්න Black Hat OS එකේ Security පර්යේෂකයෙක් වෙන Barnaby Jack (This guy also a Ethical Hacker)කියන පුද්ගලයා ,මොහු ඇත්තටම මේ සදහා භාවිත කලේ ඔහුගේ Laptop පරිගණකය සහ Jackpot නැමැති programme එක පමණයි .එමගින් ඔහු බොහොමයක් ATM යන්ත්‍රයන්ගෙන්  කිසිම පුද්ගලයකු නොමැතිව cash withdrawals සහ ඒ සඳහා Bill පත්ද නිකුත් කරනු  ආකාරය පෙන්වා තිබුනා.ඉතින් මෙයද අද යතාර්ථයක් බවට පත්වෙලා අවසන් යාලුවනේ,)

5.Crash the National Power Grid – It is planned that by 2020 a new system will be introduced to the current power and gas metres in England. They have expected to calculate the gas and electricity consumption online which in the future will be one of the major targets of the hackerswhere they can take the complete control and also shut down the whole Power Grid.
(Translation :- 5.ජාතික විදුලි බල පද්ධතිය බිද වැට්ටවීම (Crash the National Power Grid) - දැනට ලෝකයේ භාවිතා වන විදුලි මීටර වලට වඩා වෙනස් පද්ධතියක් (system change of power & gas meter ) 2020දී එන්ගලන්තය සිදු කිරීමට නියමිත බව සඳහන් වෙන අතර ,එමගින් ගෑස් සහ විදුලි පරිභෝජනය අන්තර්ජාලය හරහා එය භාවිතා වන මොහොතේදී ගණනය කිරීම සිදු කිරීමට නියමිත වී තියෙනවා.ඉතින් යාලුවනේ  මීළඟ දශකයේ මෙය Hacker වරුන්ගේ නියත ඉලක්කයක් වීම කාටත් නොවැලැක්විය හැකියි මෙන්ම එමගින් ජාතික විදුලි බල පද්ධතිය බිද වැට්ටවීම ඉතා පහසු කාර්‍යයක් බවටත් පත්වෙනවා.)

Hi guys, today I am going to talk about a topic which I have mentioned before but which I haven’t discuss enough so, let’s explore what are the additional tips I can give you.

You all know that in order to surf the internet we require the help of an internet service provider. So when we log on to such services we are provided with an IP (Internet protocol)address or in other words, an identity, which easily allows others to identify the region or country from where we accessing the internet. Thus, today I am going to tell you guys how to change the IP address into one which is from another country or region so that you will navigate as an anonymous person.
(Translation:-ඔයාලා හැමෝම දන්නවනෙ යාලුවනෙ අපිට අන්තර්ජාලයෙ සැරිසරන්න (Internet surf කරන්න ) අපිට අන්තර්ජාල සේවාවන් සපයන (Internet service provider) කෙනෙකුගෙ සහය අතයවශයි කියලා.ඉතින් අපි එහෙම සේවාවන් වල ලියාපදිංචි වුනහම අපිට ඔවුන් මාර්ගයෙන් IP address (Internet protocol) එකක් ,එහෙමත් නැත්නම් අපිටම අන්තර්ජාලයේ සැරිසරන්න වෙන් වූ අනන්‍යතාවයක් ලැබෙනවා ,ඉතින් මේ මාර්ගයෙන් පුලුවන් අන්තර්ජාලයේදි අපිව මොන රටක ,මොන කලාපයේ පුද්ගලයකුද කියල ඉතා ලේසියෙන්ම අදුර ගන්න,ඉතින් යාලුවනේ මන් අද ඔයාලට කියන්න යන්නෙ කොහොමද අපි අන්න අර මන් මුලින් සඳහන් කරපු IP address  එක අපිට අවශ්‍ය විදිහට වෙනස් කරල ,අපිට වෙනත් රටක ,වෙනත් කලාපයක පුද්ගලයෙක් විදිහට (Anonymous Person) අන්තර්ජාලයට යන්නෙ කියලයි .)

Before moving onto the methods, I thought that I must tell you more about what this IP changing/IP hiding is. As I have mentioned before, you already know what the purpose of the ISP (Internet Service Provider)is so my friends, we are able to access its service from our homes, offices or any other place via a Wi-Fi router and an ADSL cable or mobile data, for those of you who access viaphones or dongles. Now, look at this image below.
(Translation:-ඉතින් යාලුවනේ ,ඒ ක්‍රමවේද කිහිපය ගැන කියල දෙන්න කලින් මන් හිතුව ඔයාලට ඇත්තටම අපි මේ IP hide කරනවා ,එහෙමත් නැත්නම් IP change කරනවා කියන්නෙ මොකක්ද ?..කියන එක ගැන කියල දෙන්න ඕනි කියල ,ඉතින් ඔයාල හැමෝම දන්නවනෙ යාලුවනේ දැන් මන් අර කලින් සදහන් කරපු ISP (Internet service provider) ගේ කාර්‍ය මොකක්ද කියලා ,ඉතින් යාලුවනේ අපිට ඇත්තටම අපේ ගෙදරදි ,office එකේදි ඒ වගේම,වෙනත් ඕනෑම ස්ථානයකදි අපිට ඒ ISP (Internet service provider) කාර්‍ය කරල දෙන්නෙ අපේ  wifi router එකයි ADSL cable එකයි කියලා ,එහෙමත් නැත්නම් ඔයාල Dongle එකක් ,Moblie phone එකක් භාවිතා කරන කෙනෙක්ටනම් Mobile data වලින් කියලා,ඉතින් මන් මේ පහලින් පෙන්නන Image එක දිහා හොදින් බලන්නකො එතකොට ඔයාලට වඩාත් තේරුම් යයි මන් මේ කියන දේ,)

                                         

In order to change/hide the IP Address we are using this ISP (Internet Service Provider) and a Proxy browser, VPN proxy server, Smart DNS server or a Tor browser used by the internet. Whatever the method you are going to select, the result is that your IP address will be changed to another country’s or region’s one.In order to understand it more clearly, look at this picture.
(Translation:-ඉතින්  යාලුවනේ ඔයාල IP hide කරන්න එහෙමත් නැත්නම් IP change කරන්න අපි භාවිතා කරන්නෙ මේ ISP (Internet service provider) සහ අන්තර්ජාල සේවාව අතරට යොදාගන්නා Proxy browser එකක් ,VPN proxy server  එකක් ,Smart DNS server එකක් හෝ එහෙමත් නැත්නම් Tor browser එකක් වගේ ක්‍රමවේදයන් කිහිපයකින් ඔයාල තෝරා ගන්නා එක ක්‍රමවේදයක්,ඉතින් මේ හැම විදියකින්ම සිදුවෙන්නේ  ඔයාගෙ IP address  එක වෙනත් රටක හෝ වෙනත් කළාපයක එකක් බවට පෙන්වීමට සැලැස්වීමයි.ඉතින් මන් මේ පහලින් පෙන්නන Image එක දිහා හොදින් බැලුවොත් ඔයාලට වඩාත් හොදට තේරුම් යයි මන් මේ කියන දේ,)

                                 

Many countries are buying and even using this type of service because it allows them to even access sites which are not allowed to be viewed.

(Translation:-ඉතින් යාලුවනේ මේ විදිහට මේ සේවාව අලෙවි කරන්න බොහො ප්‍රධාන රටවල ,එහෙමත් නැත්නම් ඒ රටවල් කීපයක් එකතුවෙලා මේ සේවාව ඉතා විශාල වශයෙන් පවත්වගෙන යනවා ,ඇත්තටම ඒ මගින් සමහර රටවල වෙනත් පුද්ගලයන්ට බැලීමට අවසර නැති වෙබ් අඩවි වලට පවා ඇතුලු වෙන්න අවස්ථාවක් ලැබී තිබෙනවා.)

Let us look at the diverse methods and their advantages and disadvantages:

(Translation:-එහෙනම් අපි බලමු යාලුවනේ ඒව ක්‍රමවේද මොනාද වගේම එහි වාසිදායක (pros) සහ අවාසිදායක (cons) තත්වයන් මොනාද කියල ,)

1.Free Proxy Browser – This can be easily used. You just need to search Free Proxy Browser from an ordinary Browser (Chrome, Internet Explorer, Opera mini). Then, you need to select a Free Proxy Service which you retain suitable, select the country and the options and then you can search the website or the keyword in the search tab and begin to surf! (You can get a clearer idea if you look at the image below). However with this method, there can be issues with the security and internet speed because all these servers are not fast like the remote servers which we use to navigate the internet. We may also get Malware and Spams in the format of Ads thus my personal opinion is not to log in to your private accounts when using these servers.

(Translation:-1.Free proxy browser - ඇත්තටම ඉතාම ලේසියෙන් අපිට මේ ක්‍රමය භාවිතා කරන්න පුලුවන්,ඔයාලට කරන්න තියෙන්නෙ ඔයාල භාවිතා කරන සාමාන්‍ය browser(chrome,Internet Explorer,Operamini) එකෙන් Free proxy browser කියලා search කරන එක විතරයි.ඊට පස්සේ  ඔයාලට හොදයි කියල හිතෙන Free proxy service එකක් select කරලා, ඔයාට අවශ්‍ය රටයි ,options ටිකයි දීල ,search tab එකේ ඔයාලට Surf  කරන්න අවශ්‍ය වෙබ් අඩවිය හෝ keyword එක type කරන එක විතරයි.ඔයාලට වැඩිදුරටත් අදහසක් ගන්න පුලුවන් පහලින් තියෙන Image එක දිහා හොදින් බැලුවොත්,හැබැයි මේ ක්‍රමයෙදි ඔයාලගෙ security වගේම Internet speed එක ගැන බොහෝ ගැටලු මතුවෙන්න පුලුවන් ,මොකද මේ හැම server එකක්ම අපි Internet යාමට භාවිතා කරන Remote server එක තරම් වේගවත් නොවෙන්නත්,මේ හරහා Ads විදියට Malware,spams වගේ දේවල් එන්න පුලුවන් වගේම නිතරම ක්‍රියාත්මක නොවීමත් ඉතා අවාසිදායක තත්වයක් ,ඉතින් මගේ පුද්ගලික අදහසනම් මෙමගින් ඔයාලගෙ private accounts වලට log වෙන්න යාම බෙහෙවින් අවාදානම් සහගතයි කියලා,)

                

2.VPN (Virtual Private Network) proxy server – This method is a bit hard to get it for free because I have seen that many VPN (Virtual Private Network) proxy servers ask for a small payment in order to be used but the high quality VPN (Virtual Private Network) proxy server give us the opportunity to try it as a trial version (Eg: Nord VPN, VyPr VPN, Catus VPN) I also have to tell you guys to be careful from the sites which give you this service for free. This method is safer than the one which I mentioned previously and as our cash files are stored by these Servers, it allows faster navigation. However, it also has some drawbacks. You have to pay a small amount either every month or every year and also as the size of the server has a certain capacity, it limits the time of navigation.

VPN (Virtual Private Network) proxy servers - මේ ක්‍රමවෙදයනම්  ඔයාලට නොමිලේ ලබා ගන්න තරමක් අපහසුයි ,මොකද මන් දැකල තියෙන ගොඩාක් VPN (Virtual Private Network) proxy servers වල සේවාව ලබාගන්නනම් අපිට සුළු ගානක් වියදම් කරන්න සිදුවෙනවා ,ඒත් ඉතාම උසස් ගණයෙ VPN (Virtual Private Network) proxy servers අපිට  Trial version එකක් විදියට භාවිත කරන්න ආයතන අවස්ථාව ලබාදීල තියෙනවා . (උදා:-Nord VPN,VyPr VPN,catus VPN වගේ) ඒ වගේම කියන්න ඕනි මේ සේවාව නොමිලේ ලබාදෙන වෙබ් අඩවි වලින් තරමක් ප්‍රවේශම් වෙන්න කියලා .ඒ වගේම කියන්න ඕනි මේ ක්‍රමය මන් කලින් සඳහන් කරපු ක්‍රමයට වඩා ආරක්ෂිතයි වගේම ,මේ Servers මගින් අපේ cache files store කරගන්න නිසා වේගයත් තරමක් වැඩී ,මෙහි අවාසි කීපයකුත් පවතිනවා ,ඒ තමයි අපිට හැම මසකටම හෝ අවුරුද්දකට සැරයක් මේ සඳහා යම් පිරිවැයක්  වැය කරන්න සිදුවීමත්,server එකේ capacity එකේ ප්‍රමාණය   හරහා අපිට ඉතා සීමා සහිතව අන්තර්ජාලයේ සැරිසැරීමට සිදුවීමත් කියන අවාසිදායක තත්වයන්,)

Now I will show you how to set up a VPN (Virtual Private Network) proxy server.

(Translation:-එහෙනම් දැන් මන් ඔයාලට කොහොමද VPN (Virtual Private Network) proxy server එකක් Set -Up කරන්නෙ කියල පෙන්ම්නන්නම් )

* For this I am using an Open VPN Proxy Serverwhich, as many people have recommended to me, is good. Firstly, you have to go register on the Service Provider where you are planning to buy your VPN Proxy Server and then you have to select the service which matches your OS (Operating System) and download and install the Software which is most suitable.

(Translation:-* මන් මේකට යොදාගන්නෙ ඇත්තටම මට බොහෝ දෙනෙක් හොදයි කියල  තහවුරු කරපු  Open VPN proxy server එක.ඉතින් යාලුවනෙ ඔයාල මුලින්ම කරන්න ඕනි ඔයාලා මේ VPN proxy server එකක් මිලදී ගන්න කැමති  service provider ගේ වෙබ් අඩවියට ගිහින් Register වෙන එකයි ,ඊට පස්සෙ ඔයාලගෙ OS (Operating System) එකට ගැලපෙන ඔයාට අවශ්‍ය සේවාව තෝරගෙන එයට අදාළ Software එක  download කරගෙන ඒක Install කරගැනීමයි.)

                      

                      

* Then you have to download the Configuration File and unzip it. Following, you need to copy and paste that file into the Open VPN Configuration Folder (default - C:/Program files/OpenVPN/config/)

(Translation:-*.ඊළඟට ඔයාලාකරන්න ඕනි Configuration File එක Download කරගෙන ඒ File එක Unzip කරන එක ,ඊට පස්සේ ඒ File එක Open VPN Configuration Folder (default - C:/Program files/OpenVPN/config/) කියන Folder එකට copy,paste කිරිමයි.)

                        

* The next step is to provide the Administrator privileges to this file in order to Run this Software. In order to this you need to click the Open VPN GUI Icon which is available in Desktop and tick the box.

3.      Tor Browser – As I have spoken about this one a lot in my previous articles, today I will tell you how to select any country’s IP Address via a TOR Browser. The very first step is to have installed a TOR Browser. When you install it, if you don’t select a specific path it will automatically install to your desktop then you have to selectthis Desktop\Tor Browser\Browser\TorBrowser\Data\Tor\torrc-defaults file and open it in Note Pad.

(Translation:-3.Tor browser - ඉතින් යාලුවනේ ඔයාලට මන් Tor browser එක ගැන මීට කලින් ලියපු පොස්ට්  එකේ ගොඩක් විස්තර සඳහන් කරල තියෙන නිසා ,Tor browser  එකෙන් ඔයාලට ඕනි රටක IP address එකට වෙනස් කරන්නෙ කොහොමද කියල මන් අද කියලා දෙන්නම්,ඇත්තටම මේකට ඔයාලා මුලින්ම Tor browser එක Install කරගෙන ඉන්න අවශ්‍යයයි.ඉතින් ඔයාලා එහෙම Install කරපු Tor browser එක ඔයාල Path එකක් select නොකලොත් automatically Install වෙන්නෙ Dekstop එකට නිසා ,ඔයාලට ඒ Folder එක ඉතා ලේසියෙන්ම හොයාගන්න පුලුවනි,ඉතින් ඒ Folder  එකේ Desktop\Tor Browser\Browser\TorBrowser\Data\Tor\torrc-defaults  කියන File එක Note Pad එකෙන් Open කරගන්න ,)

             

* Now on top of AvoidDiskWrites 1 you have to type ExitNodes {US} ({} in this you have to put the country you wish to use for your IP Address)

(Translation:-*. දැන් ඔයාලා කරන්න ඕනි, AvoidDiskWrites 1කියන එකට උඩින් ExitNodes {US} ( {} මේකට ඔයාල දාන්න ඕනි ඔයාලට IP Address එක ලබාගන්න අවශ්‍ය රට ) කියලා type කරලා save කරන්න.)

           

* Surf the internet for a small time on your TOR Browser then if you check out your IP Address, you will find out how it has changed to the country which you requested.

(Translation:-*දැන් ඔයාලා  පොඩි වෙලාවක් Tor browser එකෙන් Internet එකේ surf කරන්න ,ඊට පස්සේ ඔයාලා IP Address එක check කලොත් ඔයාලටත් බලගන්න පුලුවන් කොහොමද Tor browser එකේ IP Address එක ඔයාලට අවශ්‍ය රටේ විදියට වෙනස් වෙලා තියෙන්නෙ කියලා .)

                              

4. Smart DNS (Domain Name System) Server – This also can be easily set up like the VPN Proxy Server. Due to its numerous disadvantages is not a famous method however one of the advantages is that it is faster than the VPN Proxy Server.

How are you my friends? Today, I will tell you guys about a topic which has only a very few articles written in Sinhala and which many people have heard and read about. I hope you will find it important. You will learn about the advanced version of an Open Source OS(Operating System), which is called LINUX or even UNIX (by other people), known as KALI LINUX OS or like we knew it since in the past; BACKTRACK LINUX. My aim is to inform you guys about some things which you still may not know about this. Let’s start exploring.

What is this KALI LINUX? Like I have told you before about LINUX/UNIX, this OS begins as an editable OS and it is the same LINUX OS which kept on developing and which was finally released. This KALI LINUX has several reasons to become so famous. The various features that LINUX had were tested by few people who formed them into penetration tools that are extremely secured systemsinserted into this new OS.

(Translation :-ඇත්තටම මේ කලී ලිනක්ස් (KALI LINUX) කියන්නෙ මොකක්ද?......,ඉතින් මන් ඔයාලට මුලිනුත් කිව්වනෙ යාලුවනෙ LINUX/UNIX ගැන, මේ OS එක ආරම්භ වෙන්නේ සන්ස්කරණය කල හැකි (Editable) OS එකක් විදිහටයි.ඉතින් එහෙම නිර්මාණය වුන මේ Linux OS එක පසුකාලීනව දියුණු කරපු අවස්ථාවන් කීපයකින්ම එලියට එනවා,ඉතින් අන්න ඒ විදියට අපි අතරට ආපු මේ කලී ලිනක්ස් (KALI LINUX) මේතරම් ප්‍රසිද්ධ වෙන්න හේතු කීපයක් බලපානවා ,ඒ තමයි ,LINUX  වල ඇති විනිවිඳ භාවය පරීක්ෂණවලට ලක් කර පුද්ගලයන්  කීප දෙනෙකු විසින්ද නිපදවපු  මෙවලම් (Penetration tools) වල එකතුවක් විදියට ,ඉතාමත් දියුණු අරක්ෂණ පද්ධතියකින් සමන්විත කරලයි එහි සමාගම මෙය අපිට ලබා දෙන්නේ,)

This KALI LINUX has taken many people’s attention as a type of Hacking OS because with its penetration tools, we can do various types of hacking such as Wi-Fi, android and web hacking or also advanced things like Remote Hacking Telenet, Social Engineering Attacks, Injection Attacks and many more.
(Translation :-ඉතින් එහෙම ආපු Kali Linux ගොඩ දෙනෙකූගෙ අවධානය දිනා ගන්නෙ Hacking OS එකක් විදියට.ඇත්තටම මේකෙ තියෙන Penetration Tools වලින් අපිට wifi,Android,web hacking වගේම ,ඊට එහා ගියපු Remote Hacking Telenet,social Engineering Attacks, injection Attacks වගේ ටිකක් advance අවස්ථාවලටද යන්න පුලුවන්,)

However,I wanted to tell you guys about the features of KALI LINUX.
(Translation :-ඒ කොහොමවුනත් මන් අද ඔයාලට කියන්න හැදුවෙ මේකේ තියෙන අනෙකුත් විශේෂාංග මොනාද කියලා,(Features of Kali Linux))

1. We can use more than 300 of its penetration tools for free. For example: DHC Pig, Android-sdk, WebScarab, Wi-Fi Honey, Wireshark.
(Translation :- 1.මන් අර ඔයාලට කලින් කිව්ව Penetration Tools ගැන,ඉතින් මේ tools 300කට වඩා වැඩි ප්‍රමාණයක් අපිට නොමිලේම භාවිත කරන්න අවස්ථාවක් ලැබිල තියෙනවා. More than 300 penetration testing tools (උදා:- DHCPig, android-sdk,WebScarab,Wifi Honey,Wireshark ))

2.   All versions are always downloadable and free
(Translation :-2. ඕනෑම version එකක් නොමිලේම භාගත (Download) කරගන්න පුලුවන් වීම මෙහි තවත් එක් විශේෂත්වයක්. Free and always will be Downloadable )

3. All the software and sources are free to access thus you can carry out all your activities without any restrictions.
(Translation :-3. ඒවගේම මේකෙ සියලුම මූලාශ්‍ර සහ මෘදුකාංග වල කිසිදු කොටසක් ඔයාලට අවහිර කරල නෑ,එ හින්දා ඔයාලගෙ සැලසුම් ඔයාලට ඕනිම විදියකින් නිර්මාණය කරගන්න එයාල අපිට නිදහස දීල තියෙනව. Open source Git tree )

4.  Filesystem Hierarchy Standard – we can easily save the support files where we want which is more or less like the Root Directory on windows software (C:\Libraries\Documents)

5. It has been developed to be user friendly for Wireless Devices and USB.

6.It is a multi-language program.

 7.  The ARMEL and ARMHF included in the KALI LINUX OS have updates so that the ARM (Architecting a Smarter World) tools, and chips and devices keep changing as same as the Windows XP software.

 8.Finally, the most important thing is that, they have included the best Kernal in the system where its main purpose is to prevent hackers from affecting our activity.

Facilities of TOR browser (ටොර් බ්‍රව්සර් එකේ පහසුකම්)

You all know the purpose of using the TOR Browser and in what instances it is used; so I don’t think you guys need a further explanation about it. Instead, I thought that I should tell you what can be done using a TOR Browser. Remember that it has a positive as well as a negative side. That said, let’s begin the article.

(Translation:- ඔයාල හැමෝම දන්නව ටෝර් බ්‍රව්සර් (TOR Browser) එක භාවිතා කරන්නෙ මොන වගෙ දේවල් වලටද කියල,ඉතින් අමුතුවෙන් ඒක ගැන කියනවට වඩා මන් හිතුව එකෙන් කරන්න පුලුවන් මොනාද කියල ඔයාලට කියන්න ඕනි කියල ,ඉතින් මම මුලින්ම මේකෙ හොඳ පැත්ත වගේම නරක පැත්තකුත් තියෙන බව මතක් කරලම මගේ ලිපිය ආරම්භ කරන්නම්,)

In contrast to the basic internet; the deep web is said to be an advanced part, which is different than what we are aware of. A TOR Browser is used to navigate it and also to be protected from its hackers. Moreover, this browser’s technology could be compared to an onion as it composed of different protective layers which is why the TOR Browser is also known as ‘onion routing’ and has an onion in its logo
(Translation:- ඉතින් යාලුවනෙ ඔයාල දන්නවනෙ අපිව අන්තර්ජාල භාවිතයෙදි  Deep web,එහෙමත්නැත්නම් අපි භාවිතා කරන අන්තර්ජාලයට වඩා එහා ගිය ලෝකයක් කිව්වොත් ම්න් නිවැරැදි,ඉතින් මේක භාවිතා කරන්න වගේම ඒක භාවිතයෙදි අපිට අන්තර්ජාල සොරුන්ගෙන් ( HACKERS)ආරක්ෂා වෙන්න මේක අපි බහුලව යොදා ගන්නවා.මෙහි තාක්ෂණය හරියට ලුණූ ගෙඩියක් වගේ,මොකද මෙකෙ ස්ථර කීපයකින්ම ආරාක්ෂා කරල තියෙන නිසයි,ඒ නිසයි මෙයට ලුණූ ගෙඩියක් එහි ලාංඡනය විදියට යොදා තියෙන්නෙ,ඒ වගේම onion routing ලෙස නම් කරල තියෙන්නෙත්,)

Now you guys must be wondering if it used only for that purpose. Well, the answer is… no. Actually, this browser can help us to hide our identity. In simple words, it protects our path and our internet activity when we go through servers such as malware, Trojan and tail gating. We can also use the TOR Browser like we use our Google Chrome Browser however I must tell you that it is slower than the Chrome Browser.
(Translation:- එතකොට ඔයාලට හිතෙන්න පුලුවන් මේක ඒකටම විතරක්මද යොදාගන්න පුලුවන් කියලා ,ඇත්තටම නෑ, මොකද  මෙයින් කරන්නෙ අපේ අනන්‍යතාවය  (IDENTITY එක )සගවන එක ,සරලවම කිව්වොත් අපේ ගමන් මාර්ගය සහ අපේ අන්තර්ජාල ක්‍රියාකාරකම්  Servers කීපයක් හරහා ගෙනයමින් අපිව MALWARE,TROJAN,TAIL GATING වගෙ අවදානම් වලින්  ආරක්ෂා කිරීම. ඉතින් අපිට මේක අපි භාවිතා කරන Chrome browser එක වගේම භාවිතා කරන්න පුලුවනි.හැබැයි මෙහි වේගය Chrome browser එකට වඩා වේගයෙන් ඉතා අඩු බව ඔයාල මතක තියගන්න ඕනි.)

Via a TOR Browser, we have the possibility to select an IP address of any country and navigate the internet without any restriction because like us, in many other countries as well, some sites deny the access. So, this can also be used as a proxy server or actually, it is even safer to be used in order to navigate. However, keep in mind that this method has many flaws and weak areas. If you guys are already using the TOR Browser or are planning to use it, you should:

•         Never log in to your online bank accounts (paypal, skrill, payoneer)
•         Never download through Torrent and use extensions such as ads blocking, video downloading and blocking.

(Translation:-ඇත්තටම මේ හරහා අපිට පුලුවන් අපිට අවශ්‍ය රටක IP එකක් භාවිත කරල අපිට කිසිම අවහිරයකින් තොරව අන්තර්ජාලයේ සැරිසරන්න පුලුවන්,මොකද අපිට වගේම බොහෝ රටවල අයට සමහර වෙබ් අඩවි  තහනම් කරල තියෙනව ,ඉතින් මේකත් Proxy server එකක් හා සමානව ,ඊටත් වඩා ආරක්ෂිතව අන්තර්ජාලයෙ සැරිසරන්න පුලුවන්.එත් මතක තියගන්න මේ ක්‍රමයෙත් අඩුපාඩු වගේම දුර්වල ස්ථාන බොහොමයක් තියෙන බව.ඔබත් මේ ක්‍රමය භාවිතා කරන හෝ කරන්න බලාපොරොත්තුවෙන් ඉන්න කෙනෙක්නම් කවදාවත්ම මේ හරහා ඔබගේ අන්තර්ජාල බැංකු ගිණුම් (paypal,Skrill,payoneer) වලට Log වෙන්න එපා,ඒ වගේම Torrent හරහා Download කරන්න ,Ads blocking,videos downloading or blocking වගෙ කිසිම Extensions එකක් භාවිත කරන්න යන්නත් එපා.)
